MOA – PURCHASE OF SAVOR ASSETS SETTLES
Moa Group Limited (NZX: MOA) confirms that it has today settled the acquisition of
the Savor businesses, and has issued 12,268,011 new shares so its total quoted
shares on issue is now 80,548,372 (including treasury stock). A formal notice under
NZX listing rule 7.12.1 will be released separately.
