Senior management changes 
 
Metro Performance Glass (NZX: MPG, ASX: MPP, Metroglass) today announced that Geoff Rasmussen (General 
Manager Operations) has resigned from the company with effect from 13 September 2019. Geoff will continue 
in the business to assist in delivering excellence in manufacturing operations until this date and may assist 
Metroglass thereafter on 
a consulting basis.  
CEO, Simon Mander said: “Geoff has been instrumental in shaping our manufacturing operations in New 
Zealand and more recently in Australia, and has led the business’ major capital programmes and manufacturing 
process improvement initiatives. I take this opportunity to thank Geoff for his many years of dedication and
 
the great impact he has made at Metroglass. ”
