2019 ANNUAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Vista Group International Limited (NZX & ASX: VGL) advises that it will hold its next Annual Meeting of
Shareholders on 29 May 2019 at Event Cinemas Screen 6, 291-297 Queen Street, Auckland, New
Zealand at 3.00pm. Further details will be advised in the Notice of Meeting in due course.
For the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 3.3.5, Vista advises that the opening date for
nominations for directors is today, 3
rd
April 2019 and that the closing date for nominations for directors
is 23
rd
April 2019. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date.
A nomination may only be made by a shareholder of Vista entitled to attend and vote at the Annual
Meeting and must be accompanied by the consent in writing and brief biographical details (for inclusion
in the Notice of Meeting) of the person nominated.
