Appointment of Alternate Director
Southern Charter Financial Group Limited (NZAX: SNC) is pleased to advise the
appointment of Kuan Chong Ng as an alternate director to Chang Ku Ee.
Mr Ng is based in Malaysia and is an employee of Mr Ee’s business interest group. Mr Ng
specialises in investment banking and financial management.
Mr Ng has been involved in investor relations and strategic partnerships internationally for
more than 25 years, working for Malaysia listed conglomerate companies; The Lion Group
and Sunway Group.
He evaluated technology start-up funds for Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) as a member
of the Pioneer team in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.
Mr. Ng received his degree from Northwest Missouri State University and his MBA from the
University of South Alabama.
