Results of Seeka Limited [NZX:SEK]
At Seeka Limited’s annual shareholder meeting, held in Te Puke on Friday 12 April,
shareholders were asked to vote on 5 resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
1. To receive, consider and adopt the Annual Report and Financial Statements
2a. To re-elect Amiel Diaz as a director.
2b. To re-elect Fred Hutchings as a director.
3. Change to Seeka’s Constitution
4. Re-appointment and authorise the remuneration of Auditors
