Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and Director Nominations

AUCKLAND, 17 APRIL 2019: NZME Limited (NZX: NZM, ASX: NZM) (“NZME”) will hold its
Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on Wednesday, 12 June 2019 in the iHeart Lounge, NZME
Central, 2 Graham Street, Auckland. The time and other details relating to the meeting will be
advised in the Notice of Meeting to be sent in due course.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5, NZME advises that the period for nomination of
Directors opens today and will close on Monday, 6 May 2019 at 5pm NZT.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual
Shareholders’ Meeting and must be accompanied by the consent in writing and brief
biographical details (for inclusion in the Notice of Meeting) of the person nominated.
