Vista Group (VGL) – Appointment of Interim CFO
Vista Group International Limited (NZX & ASX: VGL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tony
Barclay as Interim Chief Financial Officer, commencing on 2 May 2019. Vista Group CEO Kimbal Riley
noted: “We are very pleased to have Tony join our team, he has excellent experience and an
outstanding track record in the global high-tech space. We’re sure he will fit in extremely well.”
Mr Barclay is a chartered accountant with extensive financial and corporate governance experience,
most recently as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Fisher & Paykel Healthcare
Corporation Limited (NZX & ASX: FPH), a position he held for 17 years.
Vista Group will continue to progress its executive search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer and
will provide an update to the market on this process in due course.
