Notification of Allotment of Securities by Wellington Drive Technologies Limited


Wellington Drive Technologies Limited (Wellington) advises that 2,484,143 part paid shares or share options
have been exercised by seven staff members in accordance with the Wellington Drive Technologies Limited
Part Paid Share Scheme or United States Share Option Plan.

In accordance with Listing Rule 7.12.1, Wellington (“WDT”) has issued securities as follows:
