Determination of Senior Managers

TIL Logistics Group Limited (NZX: TLL) advises, pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 10.6.1(d), that
following an internal restructure of reporting lines undertaken by the company, the following
individuals are now determined to be Senior Managers of TLL in addition to its Chief Executive
Officer (Alan Pearson) and Chief Financial Officer (Lee Banks):

 Stephen Owles, Divisional CEO TIL Bulk Liquids
 Jonathan Kyle, Divisional CEO TIL Freighting
 Clayton Imbs, Divisional CEO TIL International
 Richard Mather, Divisional CEO TIL Warehousing
 Warwick Bell, Divisional CEO TIL Specialist Lifting and Transport
