Transition to revised NZX Listing Rules
Metro Performance Glass Limited (Metroglass) advises that it intends to comply with the new NZX Listing Rules
dated 1 January 2019 with effect from 30 June 2019.
The new rules will apply to Metroglass’ reporting of FY20 interim results. As a result, Metroglass will no longer
publish a half-year report in the form it has previously, but will publish:
a market release;
half-year financial statements; and
a results presentation
