TURNERS FY19 RESULTS TO BE ANNOUNCED ON 29 MAY 2019

Turners Automotive Group Limited (NZX: TRA) advises that it intends to announce its FY19 full year
results for the twelve months ended 31 March 2019 on Wednesday 29 May 2019, prior to 9am NZST.
This will be followed by an analyst and investor conference call at 10.30am NZST, with Turners CEO Todd
Hunter and CFO Aaron Saunders, to review the FY19 results and provide an update on the group
strategy review.
