OLUME WEIGHTED AVERAGE PRICE FOR DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN
Scott Technology Limited (“Scott”) advises that the issue price of shares to be issued in lieu
of the 2019 interim dividend payable on 14 May 2019 under the Company’s Dividend
Reinvestment Plan is $2.4275 per share, being the volume weighted average sale price of
Scott shares sold on the NZX for the period 8 May to 10 May 2019, less a discount of 1.5%.
The additional shares allotted under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan will be sourced by way
of new shares issued by the company.
