Planned Director Retirement

Veronica Aris has advised of her intention to retire as a director and will not be seeking re-election at
the annual shareholder meeting this year which will reduce the number of directors to five (5). The
Board is not seeking to fill this vacancy.
The Board has determined that based on the Company’s current size and stage of development that
an optimal number of directors is five. Each year as part of the board’s annual review process the
capability mix is assessed to evolve in line with Company’s future development and international growth
plan requirements. When the Board’s succession planning anticipates an upcoming vacancy to be filled
or further director capability has been identified, professional search services are used to assist the
Board in identifying suitable candidates for nomination.
Veronica has been a director since 2014 and on behalf of the Board I would like to take this opportunity
to thank her for her contribution over this time.
