Dr Brett Robinson appointed as RetireAustralia CEO
Infratil advises that Dr Brett Robinson has been appointed as the CEO of RetireAustralia, with effect
from 27 May 2019.
Brett has more than 15 years of diverse executive leadership experience in healthcare, sport and
financial services related healthcare businesses. Brett has a medical background and has a strong
appreciation for care-related services and the wellbeing of others.
Brett’s most recent role was as the CEO of BOQ Specialist. BOQ Specialist, is the Australian market
leader in providing banking services to healthcare professionals, enabling them to pursue their
professional and personal goals. Prior to this role, Brett was the Managing Director and CEO of
Australia’s largest private provider of integrated cancer care to patients and their families, Icon Cancer
Care.
RetireAustralia is owned by Infratil (50%) and the New Zealand Superannuation Fund (50%). The
investment is managed on behalf of Infratil and the New Zealand Superannuation Fund by investment
management firm Morrison & Co.
