Rakon (RAK) Director Nominations Closing Date

The 2019 annual meeting of shareholders of Rakon Limited will be held on 9 August 2019. The time
of the meeting and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting.

In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Rakon Limited advises that the closing date for director
nominations is 18 June 2019. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm (New Zealand time) on
the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting.
