Turners - confirmation of financial products on issue
Turners Automotive Group Limited (NZX/ASX: TRA) advise that as a consequence of expiry in accordance
with their terms and due to cessation of employment of an executive, 450,673 executive share options
have lapsed. Accordingly, the financial products on issue comprise:

86,888,064 fully paid quoted ordinary shares (TRA). No shares are held as treasury stock
25,000,000 quoted bonds (TRA100), carrying a coupon of 5.5%, with final maturity 30/09/2021
752,289 executive options, with an exercise price of $2.99195 with final exercise date 31/05/2022
1,000,000 executive options, with an exercise price of $3.60 with final exercise date 31/07/2022
