Employees cancelling options granted in

August 2014 under the Fisher & Paykel

Healthcare 2003 Share Option Plan.

4,240 options were cancelled on 11 June

2019 pursuant to the Company’s

Cancellation Facility. 2,910 shares were

issued in consideration of the cancellation of

those options and are equal in value to the

gain on the options (such gain being

calculated based on an exercise price of

NZD4.88).

Issue of 1,250 fully paid ordinary shares

following exercise of 1,250 options granted

under the Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Option

Plan in September 2015 based on an

exercise price of NZD7.23.
