Annual Shareholders’ Meeting – Results

AUCKLAND, 12 June 2019: The NZME Limited (NZX: NZM, ASX: NZM) (“NZME”) Annual
Shareholders’ Meeting was held today. The following resolutions considered by shareholders
at the meeting were passed:

1. The election of Sussan Turner as a Director of NZME;
2. Authorisation for the Directors of NZME to fix the auditor’s remuneration; and
3. The amendments to the NZME constitution.
