Acquisition of 35 Graham Street, Auckland approved
Asset Plus shareholders have today approved the acquisition of 35 Graham Street, Auckland at special
shareholder meeting, held in Auckland at 2.30pm today. As a result, the acquisition is now unconditional
and will settle on 28 June 2019.
Voting at the meeting was conducted by a poll. Details of the total number of votes cast in person or by a
proxy holder are:
For: 102,004,239 votes representing 99.76% of votes cast
Against: 241,963 votes representing 0.23% of votes cast
Abstain: 70,377 votes representing less than 0.01% of votes cast
