Following the announcement by Kingfish Limited (“KFL”) on Monday, 17 June 2019, NZX
Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the final exercise date for the KFL warrants (“KFLWE”) is
Friday, 12 July 2019.
Any KFLWE warrants not exercised by 5pm on Friday, 12 July 2019 will lapse and all rights in
regards to them will expire.
The final day of trading in KFLWE will be Wednesday, 10 July 2019 prior to the warrants being
halted and suspended at close of business.
KFLWE will be removed from the NZX Main Board from close of business on Friday, 12 July
2019.
