Turners – cancellation of options and confirmation of financial products on issue
Turners Automotive Group Limited (NZX/ASX: TRA) advise it has agreed with relevant executives to
cancel all 1,782,289 out of the money options under its executive share option scheme for nil
consideration to simplify its capital structure. Accordingly, the financial products on issue comprise:

86,888,064 fully paid quoted ordinary shares (TRA). No shares are held as treasury stock
25,000,000 quoted bonds (TRA100), carrying a coupon of 5.5%, with final maturity 30/09/2021
