Contract Win Supporting 5G Mobile Network Deployment
Significant Additive Market Opportunity for IKE Analyze
ikeGPS (IKE) advises:
- That it has won a further significant IKE Analyze contract, initially for approximately $0.15m and
expected to grow to approximately $0.45m through Q2 FY20.
- The customer is one of the largest shared communications infrastructure companies operating across
the North American market.
- IKE Analyze is being deployed to speed up a 5G mobile network deployment.
- These contracts are specific to IKE Analyze transactions in a single east coast city and are expected to be
delivered from Q2 FY20.
IKE CEO, Glenn Milnes, commented, “This contract is validation of the application and value of IKE Analyze for 5G
mobile network deployment. This award follows recent pilots in several States.”
“The 5G network development market opportunity in the U.S. is large, emerging quickly and is additive to the
very large fiber market opportunity where IKE Analyze has established a clear value proposition. Successful
delivery in this specific location has the potential to result in sales into several other regions with this tier-1
national operator.”
Milnes added, “We are winning customers because IKE Analyze enables networks to be deployed faster and with
a higher quality data standard and we expect that more of the larger players in the North American market will
become IKE Analyze customers. At the same time we are focusing on revenue expansion opportunities within
existing national accounts such as this. More generally this 5G contract win is another positive in what has been
IKE’s strongest quarter yet for IKE solution contract awards.”
ENDS
IKE seeks to be the standard for collecting, managing and analysing pole and overhead asset information for
electric utilities, communications companies and their engineering service providers.
