Goodman Property Trust, is pleased to advise the fourth quarter distribution, for the
period ended 31 March 2019, will be paid to Unitholders today.

GOODMAN PROPERTY TRUST (“GMT” and “Trust”)
Goodman (NZ) Limited, the manager of GMT, is pleased to advise Unitholders that the
fourth quarter distribution, for the period ended 31 March 2019, has now been paid. The
distribution includes a cash component of 1.6625 cents per unit with 0.316730 cents per
unit of imputation credits attached.
This is the final quarterly payment relating to the 2019 financial year and results in an
annual cash distribution of 6.65 cents per unit.
Annual Report
The 2019 Annual Report of Goodman Property Trust and GMT Bond Issuer Limited was
released on 15 May 2019. The report is available online and can be accessed from the
following website: www.goodmanreport.co.nz.
For investors who have previously elected to receive a printed report, your copy is
enclosed.
Annual Meeting of Unitholders
Unitholders are also reminded that the Annual Meeting is to be held on Wednesday 3
July 2019, at 1:30 pm. The venue for the meeting is Eden Park, Auckland. Access and
parking is through Gate G Reimers Avenue, Kingsland.
