Further to the announcement released by Mercury NZ Limited (NS) (“MCY”) on Wednesday, 19
June 2019, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that, MCY will exercise its right to fully redeem their
capital bonds (“MCY010”).
The final quotation date for MCY010 will be Thursday, 11 July 2019.
The final day of trading in MCY010 will be Thursday, 27 June 2019, prior to the bonds being
suspended at close of business.
A timetable of events is detailed below:
