Independent Director Status Review and Confirmation under new Listing Rules.
The Board of Green Cross Health Limited having reviewed the new Listing Rules (LR’s),
associated Corporate Governance Code and Guidance Notes, has determined that Dr Tony
Edwards does not have a Disqualifying Relationship as defined in the LR’s and accordingly
is deemed to be an Independent Director.
The Board also confirms that Dame Margaret Millard, Carolyn Steele and Kenneth Orr
continue to be Independent Directors as defined in the LR’s.
