Annual Meeting and Closing Date for Directors’ Nominations
New Talisman Gold Mines Ltd will be holding its Annual Meeting on Wednesday September 18 2019
at 10am, at Top of the Town, Level 14, Pullman Hotel, Cnr Princes St & Waterloo Quadrant,
Auckland, New Zealand.
Details of resolutions and proxy voting form will be in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to
shareholders prior to the meeting.
The closing date for Director Nominations is Wednesday July 31, 2019.
All nominations must be received by close of business on the closing date. Nominations may be
made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting and should be
