Results of Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited Shareholders’ Meeting

At Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited’s Annual Shareholder Meeting, held in Auckland today,
shareholders were asked to vote on eight resolutions, all of which were supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

1. Jose Pares was elected as a Director
2. Emilio Fullaondo was elected as a Director
3. Carlos Fernandez was elected as a Director
4. Luis Miguel Alvarez was elected as a Director
5. Stephen Ward was elected as a Director
6. Huei Min (Lyn) Lim was elected as a Director
7. The Board was authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration
8. The amendments to the Company’s Constitution were approved
