Heartland Market Update

Annual Results Announcement Date
Heartland Group Holdings (Heartland) (NZX/ASX: HGH) advises that it intends to announce its full
year results for the year ended 30 June 2019 on Thursday 15 August 2019.
Annual Meeting
Heartland also advises that its Annual Meeting will be held at the Eden Park Function Centre,
Kingsland, Auckland on Monday 30 September 2019, commencing at 3pm. Other details relating to
the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders in due course.
Director Nominations
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Heartland advises that the closing date for director
nominations is Friday 9 August. All nominations must be received by 5pm (NZT) on that date.
Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and
should be accompanied by the consent in writing of the person nominated.
Any nominations should be sent to Heartland at PO Box 9919, Newmarket, Auckland 1149, for the
attention of the General Counsel.
