Steel & Tube Holdings Limited advises that its Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 25 September
2019 in Christchurch, commencing at 2pm. Further details will be advised in the Notice of Meeting.
Steel & Tube advises that the closing date for director nominations is 14 August 2019. All nominations
must be received by 4.00 pm on the closing date.
