capital consists of 248,170,621 ordinary shares in issue and 20,765,179 ordinary shares held
in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 248,170,621.
This figure (248,170,621) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
