MOA 2019 ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING
Moa would like to confirm the details of its upcoming Annual Shareholders’ Meeting (ASM).
Moa’s ASM will be held on Tuesday 24th September 2019 at 3.00 pm in Auckland with the venue to be
confirmed with the formal notice of meeting.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is Monday 19th
August 2019 (Closing Date). Nominations may be made only by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote
at the ASM.
All nominations are to be sent to the Group CFO of MOA Group Limited at PO Box 105542 Auckland
1143, and must be received by 5.00pm on the Closing Date.
