NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that it has approved the removal of the Non Standard (NS)
designation for SPN. SPN has confirmed that it will comply in full with all of the NZX Listing
Rules dated 1 January 2019. Accordingly, a NS designation is no longer required.
The removal of the Non Standard (NS) designation is effective immediately and will update
on nzx.com overnight.
