Resignation of Group CFO
Metro Performance Glass (NZX: MPG, ASX: MPP, Metroglass) today announced that John Fraser‐Mackenzie
(CFO) has resigned to pursue career opportunities outside the company. John will continue working in the
business until the end of the calendar year, and a recruitment process is now underway for his replacement.
CEO, Simon Mander said: “On behalf of the company and the board, I’d like to thank John for his dedication and
contribution to Metroglass over the past 4.5 years, through a period of considerable change. John has been
instrumental in driving the internal systems, capability and culture of the company forward. He also led the
business well through the CEO transition process last year. We wish him every success for the future.”
