PaySauce Limited (NZX:PYS) announces that its 2019 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be 
held on 20 September 2019 at 10:00am in Wellington. The venue, and other details relating 
to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed in due 
course. 
 
For the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director 
nominations is 2 September 2019. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the 
closing date. Nominations must be made in writing by an Equity Security holder entitled 
to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.
