Heartland Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

Annual Meeting
Heartland advises that its Annual Meeting will now be held on Tuesday 12 November 2019 in
Christchurch. This is an amendment to the date and location previously advised to the market due
to director and senior management availability. Other details relating to the meeting will be advised
in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders in due course.
Director Nominations
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Heartland advises that the closing date for director
nominations has now been extended to Friday 13 September 2019. All nominations must be
received by 5pm (NZT) on that date.
Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and
should be accompanied by the consent in writing of the person nominated.
Any nominations should be sent to Heartland at PO Box 9919, Newmarket, Auckland 1149, for the
attention of the General Counsel.
