NOTIFICATION OF RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
for immediate release, 22 August 2019
Sky Network Television Limited's Chairman, Peter Macourt, is stepping down as Chairman of the
company, effective 1 September 2019. He will resign from his position as director of the company at the
AGM on 17 October 2019. Mr Macourt has been Sky's Chairman since 2002. Sky sincerely thanks Mr
Macourt for his contribution to the business over such a long period.
Sky's Board has appointed Philip Bowman as director, with effect from 1 September 2019 to fill a casual
vacancy on the Board. Mr Bowman has also been elected Sky's Chairman with effect from 1 September
2019.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 2.6.1 and 2.6.2, the Board has determined that Mr Bowman is an
independent director.
