Meridian appoints new General Manager Wholesale

Meridian Energy has today announced the appointment of Chris Ewers as General Manager

Wholesale.

Meridian’s Chief Executive Neal Barclay says Chris has worked at Meridian since its inception,

including leading the Generation Control and Trading functions and working on wholesale strategy as

Portfolio Manager.

“Chris brings a wealth of experience and a strength of leadership that sees him very well respected

both inside and outside of our business”.

This appointment is effective immediately.
