ANNUAL MEETING, DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS AND PEOPLE CHANGES

Changes to Director and Senior Managers
Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20, thl advises that long-standing director Graeme Wong has decided to step
down from his role as an independent director at the 2019 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting. thl and the Board
will take the opportunity to thank Graeme for his contribution at the Annual Meeting. As thl presently has
eight directors, we do not have any intention to replace Graeme with another director.

Additionally, Jennifer Bunbury, thl Chief Financial Officer, will be commencing parental leave from 1 September
2019. Jennifer will be returning to her role in late November on a part-time basis, and from 13 January 2020
on a full-time basis. In the interim period, current thl GM Finance, Steven Hall, will be taking the role of thl
Acting Chief Financial Officer.

Annual Meeting and Closing Date for Nomination of Directors
thl advises that its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held at 2.00pm at the Heritage Hotel, 35 Hobson
Street, Auckland on Wednesday 23 October 2019.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 2.3, thl also advises that director nominations must be made on or before 5:00pm
(New Zealand time) on Monday 16 September 2019. Nominations must be made in writing by a security holder
entitled to attend and vote at the 2019 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, and should be directed to the Company
Secretary at Tourism Holdings Limited, PO Box 4293, Shortland Street, Auckland 1140.
