Vital Healthcare Property Trust, as
consideration for the manager's
incentive fee in accordance with
clauses 22.2(b) and 22.3(b) of the
Trust Deed.
Transaction two: On 27 August 2019,
NorthWest Healthcare Properties
Management Limited entered into an
agreement for the off-market sale of
3,000,000 units to funds associated
with or managed by Salt Funds
Management. The transfer of the units
is expected to be completed on 29
August 2019.
