Director nominations
Cooks Global Foods Limited (NZX.CGF) will hold its 2019 Annual Meeting of shareholders on
Friday, 27 September 2019. A Notice of Meeting with further details will be issued in due
course.
For the purposes of Rule 2.3.2 of the revised NZX Listing Rules dated 1 January 2019, CGF
advises the closing date for director nominations is Friday, 13 September 2019 (Closing Date).
All nominations must be received by 5.00pm (NZT) on the Closing Date.
Nominations may only be made by a CGF shareholder. Nominations should be addressed to
