Closing date for director nominations
Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (Precinct) (NZX: PCT) announced today that
23 September 2019 is the closing date for nominations by shareholders of directors to be
considered for election at the annual general meeting.

Nominations must be received by 5.00 pm on 23 September 2019 and sent to:

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the
annual general meeting to be held on Wednesday 20 November 2019 and must be
accompanied by the written consent of the person nominated.
