Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and Directors’ Nominations
New Zealand King Salmon Investments Limited (NZX and ASX: NZK) will hold its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting
on 5 November 2019. The Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders in October will confirm venue,
time and other details for the meeting.
Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is 20 September 2019. All
nominations must be received by 5pm on the closing date. Nominations may only be made by a shareholder
entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.
