Further the announcement of 5 December 2018, Goodman (NZ) Limited is pleased

to confirm Goodman Property Trust has now received Overseas Investment

Office approval for the acquisition of 42, 60 and 70 Favona Road in Mangere.

The purchase is expected to settle later this month.
