Changes in Senior Personnel and Interim Structure


As a result of the ongoing strategic review of the Company, two senior staff roles have been disestablished.
Simon Pothecary (Chief Sales Officer, based in Brisbane, Australia), and Phoebe Chan (General Manager -
Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, based in Hong Kong), will be leaving the business by the end of September. These
markets will now report directly to the New Zealand based Leadership Team.

More information about this will be shared at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on 17 October 2019.
