17 September 2019 – Rubicon announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual Shareholders'
Meeting in Auckland today. Resolutions included the election of Mr George Adams to the Board; the
issuance of shares to Mr Adams; to fix the auditor’s fees and expenses; and adopt a new constitution.
Over 98% of shares voted were in favour of all resolutions.
