APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Scott Technology Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Kate Rankin as Chief
Financial Officer. Kate will commence in her new role in early 2020.

Kate has a strong financial background and she will bring her extensive experience to her new role,
gained over the last 15+ years across many different industries and environments. In addition to her
current position as Chief Financial Officer with Pacific Edge Limited, she has also held senior financial
positions within Spark New Zealand Limited and its previously owned subsidiaries in New Zealand
and the USA, Deutsche Bank in London and Deloitte in New Zealand and Canada.
