Strike Price for Dividend Reinvestment Plan

TIL Logistics Group Limited (NZX: TLL) advises that the price at which shares will be issued under
the TIL Logistics Dividend Reinvestment Plan for the dividend payable on 27 September 2019 has
been set at NZ$1.20 per share.

The issue price was calculated on the basis of the volume weighted average sale price (rounded to
the nearest cent) for all TLL shares sold on the NZX over the five trading days immediately
following the record date of 13 September 2019, less a 3.0% discount.

Shareholders representing 79.6% of shares on issue, who have elected to participate in the DRP,
will receive shares, instead of cash, in respect of the dividend payable on 27 September 2019.

The new shares will rank pari passu with existing shares on issue as at the date of their issue.
