Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure:
Since the previous disclosure on 4 September 2019, as part of normal on-market trading
activity under discretionary investment mandates, Harbour Asset Management Limited
purchased 105,000 KMD ordinary shares for a gross consideration of $273,000 and sold
3,471,180 KMD ordinary shares for a gross consideration of $10,441,993. As a result of

these transactions, Harbour Asset Management Limited has, at the date of this notice, a
relevant interest in 27,234,866 (12.012%) KMD ordinary shares.
Since the previous disclosure on 4 September 2019, as part of normal on-market trading,
Jarden Securities Limited purchased 8,658,619 KMD ordinary shares for a gross
consideration of $25,940,986 and sold 8,640,321 KMD ordinary shares for a total gross
consideration of $25,876,112. As a result of these transactions, Jarden Securities Limited
has, at the date of this notice, a relevant interest in 20,603 (0.009%) KMD ordinary
shares.
As a result of these transactions, Jarden Partners Limited (which includes the related body
corporates Harbour Asset Management Limited and Jarden Securities Limited) has, at the
date of this notice, a relevant interest in 27,255,469 (12.021%) KMD ordinary shares.
