General Capital Limited (GEN) announces that Don Ruxton, an accountant acting on behalf of
the Group, is offering the following securities for sale by Tender:

 7,778,542 GENWA
 15,557,084 GENWB


Announcement of Warrants

The terms of issue and other information can be found in NZX announcements made in late
2018.

These warrants were initially offered to all eligible shareholders on the register of General
Capital Limited. Those who were not eligible are those who did not reside in New Zealand at
issue date.

As such these warrants are those that would have been issued to non-eligible shareholders if
they had been eligible.


Terms of the Tender

Tenders close at 12.00 noon on Friday, 27 September 2019.

Tenderers can bid for some or all of the warrants available.

The directors of General Capital Ltd reserve the right to accept tenders at their discretion,
regardless of tendered number or amount.

Successful tenderer(s) will be advised by 5.00pm on Friday, 27 September 2019.

Settlement will be on Monday, 30 September 2019.

August. Information presented at the
meeting can be found on General Capital’s website at www.GenCap.co.nz or on an NZX
announcement dated 30 August 2019.
