Issue of Equity The Company announces that it agreed on 24 September 2019 to allot
250,000 Ordinary Shares at 364.5p per share, each fully paid under its block
listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of
business on 23 September 2019 was 360.2p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 26 September 2019. As at 26
September 2019 the issued share capital will be 131,653,564 and the number
of voting rights will be 131,653,564.
